We get to work with technology that powers how the world pays - over 3 billion credentials in market. It moves at the pace you'd expect of a large global industry leader, though it's also super stable. It's a balance of innovation/tech and stability that attracted me originally and has sustained.

I feel my base salary is high given my function and geography.

Diversity of backgrounds, willingness to help each other, all-hands-on-deck approach whenever needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Somewhat diverse leadership team, not completely cut from the same cloth. Dedicated team, many with around 5-10 years with the company already.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So much opportunity ahead. Because we're a "large" company with only 23,000 employees, each of us has opportunity to make a much bigger impact than those at similar levels at firms with 100,000 - 300,000 employees etc. My work impacts our executive team directly.
