Overall I really like working at Visa. No company is perfect, but I love the people I work with and I feel like I've been supported in my career growth here which has been great as a young professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people make me the most happy. And the optimistic outlook for our future growth as a company. We have an incredible business model.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is my favorite part about working here. I feel like I'm able to be myself with my team and we have a good time at work. We value all voices and everyone leaves their egos at the door.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like Visa's benefits are hard to navigate sometimes, but there are so many good things. We just extended our parental leave, we have 5% 401k match, and I also get money annually for my health savings account. There's a lot more but those are probably the highlights.
