The people are nice. However, so many people are ineffective, don't show up to work and/or are "phoning it in".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The culture is full of processes and people that don't get work done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It could be faster and more responsive. It dragged out and the points of contact changed over the period.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are so many people that don't do much of anything. Compensation that took into account responsibilities and workload would be great.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More toward a focus on adding value to the business rather than creating artificial roads blocks to inject themselves into a conversation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Process. Calls. Process. Roadblocks. The company is moving toward being more effective and value oriented, so there's some movement. It's moving very slowly. Many people are very attached to form over substance.
