What do you like best about the leadership team?The way our management & executive team have managed all the activities during such a pandemic situation is really commendable. They have taken atmost care of employees and also tried to improved business post lockdown. This is really a great job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Vistaprint seems to make an honest attempt at communicating openly with the organization and providing employees with the tools and benefits they need to effectively do their job. They also provide nice benefits that enable employees to be somewhat flexible in how they work.
What makes you most happy at work?My teammates and the product I work on, especially knowing we are a platform that helps small businesses. It certainly helps to have a personal/emotional belief in the product I am working on.
