I've been here less than a year, but I really like my team. The leadership is great so far, very responsive and listen to employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Open to learning and sharing knowledge. Team members regularly offer to help and are allowed to do so. Juniors and seniors are all treated with respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Those I work with are not afraid to answer questions. They share what they can and listen to us when we have questions or concerns. Very open environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication. We're not perfect, but we're working on it and getting better. People are willing and comfortable speaking up when there's a problem and management jumps in to resolve issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to express how you felt about your work, your passions, and why you wanted to be here. Managers were really nice, they listened, and they recognized that they needed my help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to learn and make mistakes. It's hard to grow if you don't have room to try. If you are interested in a project, you can help with it--people aren't stuck in a routine.
