Vivint – Aloof to the detriment to the employee. Consistently moving goal posts for pay, and focused on everything but the employee. Numerous pay cuts to have the company be profitable. Would not recommend anyone do this, especially if they are going to be using their own vehicle for the job. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is great, but that is hardly ever the issue.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They don't care about the employees only what they can do about the bottom line. The company has gone downhill over the past 5 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay cuts that force employees to push products like they are cocaine addicts to be able to make the same pay that they were before the company decided they deserve to keep the money that said would be paid.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing, the culture is put in power points, but they consistently overlook when the bright lines are ignored by their sales representatives and then the technicians end up getting dinged when it goes sideways. The cure is not observed by most in the company and are empty words half the time.
