The leaders I've worked with have been open to new ideas and seemed interested in getting feedback from the areas they aren't involved with on a day-to-day basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the benefits are average. A 401k plan was just added this year. The fact that it took so long to get a 401k plan seemed very out of step with companies trying to attract talent
