I'm not sure the company really knows where it is going - since I have been here, headcount cuts have been frequent. The executives go on numerous expensive off site retreats, while the rest of us are scrambling to pay bills.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family - small, but with lots of open discussion and transparency. Everyone helps and supports each other in work and in life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued - the company is very top heavy. Perks and pay are all given to those at the top and nothing makes it down to the employees who are doing equally as important work. Compensation is no where near market pay and raises/bonuses are non existent.
