I was hired on for an entry-level position. I've gained a lot of skills that I feel qualify me for other job that I hadn't been qualified for before. There are many growth opportunities, and the culture is great.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always want the best for us. They want us to win as a team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very prompt. Didn't have to wait around forever to hear if I'd get a second interview, or had gotten the job. They were great at communicating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked here for a year. When I was hired I knew nothing about my position. I feel that the skills and knowledge I've acquired should qualify me for a raise.
