The downward communication, and schedule flexibility were always pretty great.

It was set up to be very casual. I did a lot of those interviews myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company went through a layoff of 1,400 employees because they over hired. I was included in that. Their recruiting team needs some serious work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees at Vivint at the supervisor level gossip a lot. Whether it's something that happened at work, or even in your personal life, if another supervisor found out about it, the entire management team found out about it.
