I love it so far. It's not perfect (no organized group of people is), but it seems like everyone is doing their best and everyone cares to make this a great place and a great product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid competitively is nice. I also really like the on-site provided food; it's healthy and delicious and convenient and free. Also, unlimited PTO is amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel fulfilled. I like building a product that people want to use. And I love my team. I've been provided everything I need to be successful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke with a lot of different people who have different responsibilities, which gave me a much better understanding of what the company is really like. The interview conversations felt really honest and the coding challenges were fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're respectful, good people. They care about hearing everyone's ideas, no matter who the idea comes from, so we can deliver the best product; ego gets checked at the door. They build people up rather than tear them down. I feel safe and comfortable.
