I feel well-paid for what I do -- the form of that compensation doesn't really matter to me.

We all really take ownership of the customer experience. Nobody says some problem isn't their job or responsibility.

They care about employees and give us a lot of freedom regarding how to do our jobs. They are also very accessible.
