Transparency. They are open about what is going on and issues they are facing. They ask for feedback and are looking for ways to be better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Honestly, they were willing to spend money and bring me to Utah to speak to me in person and spend time getting to know me and me getting to know them. That was a huge indicator at how much value they put into personal connection and culture as a company.
