I think most leaders at Vivint genuinely care about the people in the company, and customers of the company. "People issues"--anything that negatively affects an employee or customer--are always treated as a high priority.
I think the best idea generally wins. There's not a log of ego or politics, at least within my organization and at or below my leadership level. We don't always agree, but I think we collaborate well and don't allow disagreements to become personal.
I think our leadership team is invested in both the success and growth of the company, and the success of each person in it. They're not perfect, and I don't agree with all of their decisions or strategy, but I think they genuinely want all of us to be highly successful.
