I've really liked the company so far. I'm a newer employee and everyone has been awesome transitioning me into my role and making sure that resources are available to me as needed.

The people I work with including my managers.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would love to stay remote after covid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like an option for insurance that isn't high deductible with an HSA.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with my coworkers and feeling like i'm able to contribute to the teams.

My managers are great! I enjoy talking with them and feel comfortable bringing up my concerns.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved talking with the individuals from different teams and really enjoyed giving them a fun presentation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that it's open and collaborative. Everyone listen's to each other's ideas and takes them into consideration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are great! They are fun to talk to and incredibly smart and willing to share their knowledge.
