Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The main concern is associated with bringing back the 401k match, as well as reviewing an employee stock option.

The culture supports the key values of the company. There is a mixture of physical and psychological safety for employees.

I have a lot of job satisfaction knowing that my role has a direct impact on the success of the business.
