What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people to work with. People treat their peers as their equals. A kind and gentle workplace.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall package is fairly good in comparison to other companies. Paid lunch daily was great until COVID hit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They flew me in for the interview and allowed me to stay the weekend with family. Very accommodating during the interview process.

They higher the best of the best and then let them get the job done. They are all highly experienced professionals and know how to get the job done right.
What makes you most happy at work?
A suitable work area, hot & cold drinks provided free, lunch was provided free prior to COVID. I am provided with the items that I need to do my job well.
What do you like best about your company?
Great people who offer a top shelf product and service. In a recurring revenue business not all customers are happy as some want to skip out on their commitment. That can result in negative feedback on a fairly solid company. Vivint has a great culture and work environment. People focused.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Working from home being more flexible when it is time to return to the office. WFH hours generally put in far more than 40 hours a week, so the company often gets more work than they pay for when employees work from home. They need a way to monitor productivity and eliminate underperformers WFH.
