  • Most people at Cb drink the kool-aid and think that Patrick has all the answers. In order for Cb to run smoother, Patrick needs to step up his game in coaching his senior directors how to foster growth, and put onus on them for running departments with high turnover.

  • Terrible, almost nonexistent. The culture is very much "everything is on fire all of the time" and if you take time off it reflects poorly on you, your team and your department, especially if there's persistent staffing issues.

  • Foster a culture of continued growth in employees, replace 'leaders' that don't understand how to manage their team and who make decisions unilaterally. Weed out individuals that add to the "old boys club" feel in departments, particularly in Enginnering and Operations (IT). Encourage junior team members to be innovators, provide educational opportunities for teams and individuals, and understand inclusivity does not automatically mean everyone goes to some get together or event.

  • This depends on the position and all questions will change based on your previous experiences in the field. Expect questions related to all the job responsibilities on the job description site with a mix of cultural questions such as "What are your passions?" or "How do you handle stressful situations/requests?" Corporate hiring teams will conduct the 1st interview but every team will conduct their own 2nd level interviews and have a completely different interview style and set of questions. Global Support Services Technical Question Example: - My toaster is broken, troubleshoot it. - The candidate is then instructed to walk through their mental process for troubleshooting the issue.
