How much favoritism there was and how disjointed being a contractor is. There is constant dual management and your contract house is more concerned with maintaining their relationship with the company than making sure the employee is treated fairly.

Stressful. Between 40-50 hours a week.
What's the Customer Support team like at Volkswagen?
It is a very stuffy environment. The team comradery could be better. There is a distinct difference made between the hourly and the salaried employees.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at Volkswagen?
Typical Micro-Manager personalities. You will think that you are self directed but they are constantly monitoring you.

My biggest weakness.
