What are some of the best things about your team?
There are so many great things about the teams here at Vonage. Everyone is kind, understanding, and has the attitude that we are one big team. There are definitely smaller teams within the organization as a whole, but at the end of the day, everyone comes together for the greater goal!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel appreciated in my compensation! During the interview process I was told that I deserved my salary for the work I had been doing at my former employer, so much so that Vonage gave me more. It was such a great feeling to know that I was valued for my education and experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is knowing that I work for a company that is not only making a difference in my life on a career level, but a company that is truly good. It is hard to find a company nowadays that supports and encourages their employees. Vonage has shown me that!
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process, was at each level of interviews I was asked, "How did you get here?" To me that was so important because they wanted to know who I was as a person. They wanted to know my core values and what made me who I am! This shows that they wanted good employees!
