Flexible working hours; Additionally -> even if I work remotely I may connect with everybody I want whenever I want due to VBC

New challenges - new roles to find a candidate for, variety of job offers to search a candidate for not only one (the same) position :)

It was quick and to the point :) Fast feedback; At the first meeting I already felt as if I have known people that I had an interview with for ages :)
