After working here for few months I can tell that the people are easy to work with. There is a lot of change going around, but overall direction is positive. I look forward to discovering my future within this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The middle-management is open to feedback and communicates easily. As for c-level management they communicate company goals clearly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is open to change - and change is finally happening after being bought by Eriksson 2 years ago.
