The best attributes are the culture to drive excellence and growth throughout the site. Everyone holds high standards in cross-training which allows the staff to offer first-call resolution and increase customer satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued so to speak, just that there need to be some parameters on performance drivers that feed the bottom line and increase the drive success across the comapny
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is diligent in allowing our team's leader to lead and develop our staff with minimal intrusion. This displays a lot of trust which in my perception helps drive several projects at once with no over-focus on one that could cause delays.
