I believe we need to listen more on complaints with management because nothing is ever done. Also feel like management should change. As a CSR, I believe we should get better pay rate.

They acknowledge everyone when they see them

If we are let go, we actually get to keep it.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I listen to music and get all my things done on a timely manner.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe the supervisors need to stop favoritism and everyone needs to get along rather than all talk behind each others back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The few coworkers that I do speak with actually make it a little better. and that 1 supervisor who assist to make our days better.
