At first, I loved my job and all its aspects. Over time I have tempered my expectations due to constant disappointment in management and the executive team. It is quite apparent that politics and bureaucracy overrule qualifications for advancement. The thrill is gone only my paycheck remains.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Convey goals and explain the rational of certain decisions which are made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid for the job titles and quality of service we provide.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team's ability to problem solve and accomplish any task that's presented before us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team does feel like a family. We assist and look out for each other to help accomplish our tasks and goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have zero initiative toward being proactive and identifying/problem-solving issues. I personally never receive the accolades I feel that I deserve. I honestly feel that I have no future with this company. No chance for upward movement.
