
Being in a department that growth is stagnant and knowing that your talents and knowledge would be better used if our department would make simple changes to the org chart or allow cross training. What compensation?
If our department was more involved with other departments and if we were included in more activities involving the company I would be able to answer this question but as we are not it is hard to say.
Knowledge of the company, and of the department, that they take initiative to learn more than just the bare minimal, they take accountability of their actions and take pride in the work they produce. To not have the that's not my job attitude.
What I like best about my immediate leader is the way that they are forthcoming with information that is relevant to our department. And if info is not directly related they will still share to keep us knowledgeable. Wish all our leaders were like this working together for the same company.
