The people are great; we would do anything for one another

The fact that we work as a cohesive unit without any drama

It came in multiple steps and there was time to think about decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't have a review this year, no acknowledgement of success and no raise.
