Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Vacation days are very low and not bumped up until you have been here for 5 years. There are no sick days and no personal days.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Turnover is quite high. Staff meetings are not regular.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?High work demand. Poor work life balance. Lots of opportunity to try new things you would not get to do at other agencies though.
