Great company, passionate people, and noble mission
Great people to work with building something that's making a positive impact on the world. There's almost zero ego. Politics isn't really a thing. Leadership is very humble and accessible. We do a lot of fun, quirky stuff to keep it fun, and we really have work/life balance.
I had the ability to speak with several leaders in the company, including the CEO, which helped me gain a solid understanding of the leadership and the culture. It's what sold me on the opportunity.
WayBetter is an awesome company. We build a product to help people be motivated to live healthier lifestyles. I don't think I've ever been at a company that is so collaborative and positive.
