What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honest, hardworking, smart, and fun
They keep the success of the business the number one priority over any functional wants or desires. They are extremely accessible, listen to constructive feedback, and made changes based on it.
They are transparent about the mission and goals of the company and the decisions that are made at the executive level with the whole company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
good cash plus equity combination
For a small company, we meet or beat our competitors on total compensation, and are able to offer a lot of benefits you don't find in similarly sized companies.
Base fair, would like to see bonuses and more retirement benefits.

Warm, friendly, open, supportive, passionate
Everyone is really friendly, supportive, and collaborative. We truly care about each other as people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are kind to each other and fun to work with.
The friendly "keep it fun" culture makes for interesting meetings. Not a lot of politics and random decisions that come out of no where.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to speak with people from every function
I had the ability to speak with several leaders in the company, including the CEO, which helped me gain a solid understanding of the leadership and the culture. It's what sold me on the opportunity.

I really love the creativity and positivity of the WayBetter mission
Being able to work autonomously on projects that I believe will move the needle towards our overall company OKRs.
