What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

supportive, caring and highly ambitious

Passionate, motivating and treat everyone like family

they are a good team who care about making the company successful

clear direction, clear strategy, lots of support, regular reviews.

only been here a short time but they seem really intelligent, capable, and organised

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

The leadership team exist to pull wool over the eyes of the shareholders who have invested in the company. Everything is about getting cash in and they even owed most employees money for over a year before paying us back. The CEO & COO need to learn basic respect towards human beings.

Training of staff, building structure within the company and building a better work culture, worst work culture i have ever seen

They need to understand the product. Most of them couldn't use the machinery we sell.

Less corruption with the finances. Less of a bullying culture and more working together as a company to identify common objectives to create real success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Its a fair package, and the company rewards long term success.

its pretty reasonable and reviewed regularly

its quite fair and reviewed regularly

its fair and reviewed annually

management are always open to listening to adjustments that may need to be made

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

To feel better at work it's not money, not stock options, but just respect for what I do and my efforts.

I would be happier if I were paid what I was owed every month but you have to relentlessly remind the FD that you need your money. I have been paid late and had to fight for money that I earned at this company.

We had no benefits but a basic match up to 6% no PMI or any other benefits

The extra time put in behind the scenes goes massively unappreciated.

It is not so much feeling undervalued as knowing that the company still has not paid what it owes to its employees in the way of salary which really lowers morale.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

nice people who i like spending time with

Dynamic group of hardworkinb people- goal orrientated but we have fun along the way

it's quite varied and very international and we have some lovely people here.

fun, caring, clever, supportive and bright

Theyre very helpful soecifically the service engineers, the lower employees all felt the same about the executives team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

People need training instead of being thrown in at the deep end on day 1. The staff retention rate over the last few years has been abysmal and this is largely down to staff not receiving a basic level of respect from management and not being trained properly to do their jobs.

Most of the workers are very lazy and wish to do as little as possible. From not identifying themselves when sending out emails from generic addresses to passing the buck when something is their responsibility.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

The feeling of being part of a family, everyone looks out for each other. Not uncommon for the management to roll up their sleaves and load containers themselves

its a positive and fun culture where everyone looks after each other.

its positive, supportive, output measured and good work is rewarded.

the CEO is a supportive and kind guy who acknowledges and appreciates hard work

fair, fun, flat structure, goal focused

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

The CEO. There are less than 20 employees at the company so it is not as though the CEO does not know what is happening. Unfortunately, he is somewhat tyrannical and is a very negative influence on the culture. He needs to go on a management course along with the rest of his senior managers.

Several executives mainly 2 need to leave the company.

The CEO and COO are the ones who create a poor culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Straight forward, open and welcoming. Able to discuss the challenges i would face, and i felt the answers were honest and reflective of the reality i later faced.

I was interviewed twice and it was quite easy to get the job. I was interviewed in a respectful way which is ironic as the company culture is anything but respectful.

It was a quick and easy 2 interviews and then they told me several days later that i got the job, pretty standard

It was explained exactly what my role would entail and what was expected.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

i think its a good place to work overall

Great people, exciting technology, and the knowledge that we are making the world a better place.

working in a fun, motivating and rewarding environment

doing something I care about

there's a good work life balance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The product is poor quality but management do not want to acknowledge this. There are frequent breakdowns and a whole host of reasons for customers not to buy it. Management need to hold the CTO accountable for a lack of innovation and quality.

Theres a real "im better than you" putlook from the executives team to those not in upper management

Lack of a key accounts process as everything is geared towards business development only. It is only sell, sell, sell. The way people speak to each other at the company is also very bad. there is a lack of basic mutual respect among employees.
