The extra time put in behind the scenes goes massively unappreciated.
The CEO and COO are the ones who create a poor culture.
They need to understand the product. Most of them couldn't use the machinery we sell.
Poor. The company has a very bad atmosphere in which to work created by a bullying culture and the senior management do not care about their staff, just profits. The CEO hides away and barks orders from the top but is rarely there to help out his colleagues and lead by example. A poorly led company.
Toxic environment, lots of gas lighting from Upper management, huge turnover rate which is not surprising
There is a real scapegoat culture with three of the five managers actively bullying staff. The other two are just incompetent. The CEO allows this to happen and if there is any retaliation from lower staff, he comes down on them hard. The CEO swears at employees and typically works 10:30 - 15:00.
