I very much like the overall goal of the company and feel that the cannabis industry is a great place to be with nothing but expansion and growth to look forward to. Legalization is happening at a faster clip because we have lobbyists on staff. However, leadership is garbage.

Delegating responsibilities and learning to recognize when their behavior is patronizing and otherwise unhelpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity keeps the incentives aligned for core contributors to an organization's success. This is otherwise a well-known fact in the software industry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We don't put engineering candidates through the typical process of seeing how well they perform given an hour on an unrelated algorithmic task and outside of a team environment.
