No diversity to speak of. Blatant sexism and bullying everywhere. A pretty toxic work environment generally and everyone seems fed up / miserable all the time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to learn how to execute and focus before talking big ideas while fighting with each other. We keep missing our targets and eventually you guys are all going go get fired now thag we are public
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No transparency in terms of equity grants. I would go as far as to say that i was blatantly lied to how much equity i was going to receive vs what i ended up getting - really shows you how little the leadership team values employees
