I worked for WW for 10 years. I went out on Medical LOA and when I came back I was only given back 1 workshop. Before leave I worked Wednesday night and 2 Saturday workshops and was an LC. I was given no reason on why I was losing the work shops. I felt like I was punished for taking an LOA.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to treat there employees better.

Pushing everyone towards technology and not everyone uses technology
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The LC position was way under paid for the work that was being done. And alot of work was given very little notices
