Since the decrease in the amount of employees in most departments over the last few years. We have strong teams who support each other and collaborate to ensure we are all aligned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fairly access the skill and talent of all employees in the same role. Salary should be reflective on talent as well as increased span of control and longevity with the organization. Most long term emoloyees have been laid off over the last few years.
