Positivity and environment feeling comfortable

I enjoy working on benchwork

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workers are over worked and underpaid. Also so hard to get vacation hours. Every 2 weeks you earn under 3 hours for your vacation accrual. 7 hours every two weeks you esrn for sick days.
