What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

For everyone to pit in equal amounts of work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Identifying employees that actually work and ones that dont, giving promotions/raises accordingly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We get free lunches here and there sporadically and have a gift with branding on it at new years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workers are over worked and underpaid. Also so hard to get vacation hours. Every 2 weeks you earn under 3 hours for your vacation accrual. 7 hours every two weeks you esrn for sick days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You badically end up working three positions in one role and be paid for one role. Additionally employees that slack are allowed to slack with no reprecussions however the ones that pick up the slack and not recognized for their extra input. Usually the slackers are the ones being promoted too..
