One of the worst places i had to work at the mangers not only didnt know what was going on on the floor they acted like they could.do the job betyer than someone qho had been ou there for 10 to 15 years the pay was ok but dealing with mangers was the worst would not recommend

The hr person was very nice and explained things well

Not enough trying for new hires so we get alot of errors
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not have managers with family and friends in the company and they take favoritism for them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate with everyone not just one party and try to implement procedures that will not work on the floor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What ever production we would get was never good enough we where always told we need to make more
