I worked for rocktenn then westrock for 25 years, they discriminated against women constantly, treated the men much better even when it came to down time ( when a machine stopped and needed to be repaired. The women on the line were expected to do clean up. much more to say but this comment section

I liked most of my coworkers we had a lot of laughter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company should compensate me for the 22 years and counting that I have and STILL suffer from!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership in charleroi is VERY BAD, The person that should of had the job is Joellyn Gray but of course she is a women so.....
