Long time employee. Culture is terrible. Incompetent management team. Total lack of respect for employees and no opportunity to advance unless related to or friends with upper mansgement. Totally demoralizing. Pension cut, benefits cut and continental shift with ZERO numeration to compensate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Safety is not a priority as preached. Quality is embarassingly poor. Costs are not a concern. Productivity is the ONLY concern and goal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed 18 years ago when the plant opened. Very different than now. I was hired based on knowledge, experience and attitude. Now people are hired simply because we need bodies to fill spots.
