There used to be a good, camaraderie between the employees and departments. Since certain managers and supervisors have been added that connection has deteriorated overtime. We need to figure out a way to bring that connection back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It not about money. It the people Managment and Unions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication! Stop the bickering between employees and management. All departments work together. And every Department having a common goal to reach our objective.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm tired of being in the petty squabbles between management and employees. Wish there was more teamwork. Wish my supervisor has more insight on how the department functions. Stop taking advantage of people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was just looking through the company website supposed to core values in our department when I came upon this interview. I hope something positive will come about would you have change in the way we work together and do business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I work at a Union base company. Some time as a employee i feel like i in the middle of a battle between the two the company and the union. I can say honestly i love what I do. Why the fighting. Let listen to each other opinions and be open minded and work together. Stop the fighting. PLEASE!
