Coworkers are soured by management. The environment has become toxic. There is no team, here. Values must change within management and be visible and applied. Otherwise, nothing will improve.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The tone was upbeat. I felt that I was entering a company that valued their employees. I was led to believe, there was room for advancement and that my work would be rewarded. That management cared and I was joining a team - a family. A stable environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First of all, a pay raise is way past due. We need safe parking, accessible to all within a fenced area. We need transparency within the company. People should not have to continue to use vacation time to make up for lack of work, then be forced to work because no time is left.
