The insurance is not bad and the 401k matching is nice
Performance bonus which is quite a large portion of salary

For the people that are left we are all part of a family
Direct team is committed to working on projects to make living in the home easier.
We all have history with each other and respect one another
At the lower and middle levels all are kind and helpful
We openly communicate everything that goes on within the factory.

People respecting people and working together!
