Need to scale & level-up performance. Fear-based, not great for more diverse employees. Most things are done with good intentions, but are problematic or harmful nonetheless. However, work/life balance is supported & they are generally progressive in approach to remote lifestyles & employee choice.

My direct team is kind, high performers, and very professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
The days I can work freely without fear of retaliation, or without operational blockers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clarity on what is, or is not, going to be professionally possible. Widen could improve at their ability to cultivate talent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The timeline was followed to a T, interviewers were professional but still very supportive of the interviewee, I felt challenged but it wasn't daunting; I got out what I put in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work/life balance is supported, not penalized for taking PTO or needing time off, we can choose to work condensed work weeks and remain full time remote. It's extremely dog-friendly as well, which is always a good sign.
