Hiring competitive and competent executives who can lead AND get things done

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No annual salary increases. HR says salaries are supposed to be adjusted to market average, but this rarely happens.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Continual whittling away at benefits, making it harder to attract and retain the talent we need to transform our business.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Too many colleagues hired to be singly responsible for a function but without the experience of similar roles at high-performing organizations.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire execs that know the business. Involve middle and senior managers more in leadership's thinking. Make sure objectives are actually transformed into individual team functions and projects. Stop outsourcing roles that are strategic.
