1. The people. I don't know how they've managed to hire such amazing people from all over the world. It feels good that others have your back and truly care about building a solid product. 2. The variety of work/projects. I used to work at a product company, and I felt I wasn't learning as much. Since coming here, I've worked on 3 different client projects that were all different. I got the opportunity to make technical decisions that I would have never been able to before. They have high standards when hiring, but I understand why once put on a project. 3. Continuous learning. Since I started working here, I have gone to two conferences, participate in innovation projects, attend various office hours to learn other platforms, and learn a ton from talking to my teammates. I have an understanding of the full product lifecycle and what goes on in other departments or pieces of the business.
