You need to evaluate the people you bring in that's running the store you have to make sure they are certified and no how to do their position
I have grest customer service and get surveys down im constanally working on something while everyone rls gets on their phoned ft calls plays music or gossips but i get send home 3-4 hrs of working and working 1day a week now

Fabortism is being show. At my locaton people with no experience are making more then me . was told can move up i. Postion that i original applied for when soot was available was not offered that postion multiple times when spot became available and was hired to someone who has no experience

the manager will not seek help when they is lots of orders and wanted to over work there staff ..
Ive been there for 2 years doing everything in the store working long night sacrficing for work but get payed 15.50 the starting pay at our store is 16$ nd ive been there for 2 years people younger with less experience making more managers are terrible just completely unacceptable

Being appreciated for my work would be nice. And not being talked about behind my back. I would like to stop hearing complaints and being yelled at.
I felt undervalued , i never was trained properly. I never was taught to write people up as a shift manger. I was told rhat just because an empliyee has attuide that jts okay to let them have it. That its just how they are.

I work hard and im always on time. I do everything im asked to do and ive been at cedarbrook wingstop for 8 months now. I think i desrve more then 520 every two weeks
Most definitely taken advantage of
I was promised a raise after being cross-trained but never actually received my raise until 6 months after already being cross-trained. The new hires were started out at a higher pay than my current pay at the time, and they weren't cross-trained.
To get my pay on time
