Helping my co workers out getting the job done

My Boss, I'm still pretty new but still without hoovering over me, she has me in her eye site and when she steps in to help, she is kind and helpful, Aubrey Robinson leads by example

My coworkers and my managers

i love the work environment in wingstop

When corporate was present, I was treated and recognized according. Unlike when they aren't there, there is authority delegated to incompetence, that causes production difficulties, stress and entitlement.

I have to say just my co workers

When customers get to enjoy good and amazing food and just the interactions between two humans

Getting things done correctly and according to policy

When its busy beacuse it keeps me busy and time goes by fast

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Payments needs to be accurate at all times

poor management from the GM to the managers .

Way too much volume for 2 people to handle. Hire more people

A lot of food or items running out

The manager is wrong and needs more training. She makes the work environment very uncomfortable.

Hire better leaders from district to cashiers

Damage has already been done I'm a cripple now because of the work that I did for your company and wasn't appreciated

Better managment to keep good employees.

I have a video on how he treats his employees and its not right

The general manager has all his family wotking their and does not require them to do worj as the other employees as well as having higg salaries for people who dont even have enoupgh skills to be employed

I have noticed an excessive amount of bad reviews about customer service being bad and how food is late or getting orders wrong or not getting a refund when they want it.

Get a new mananger, every person from my store thst quits is due to the mananger

I need to be paid for wages earned at Wingstop

We dont have the staff to get anything out on time and we get too busy to uphold wait times on the weekends which are hell when you dont have people especially on a night shift..

To begin with hire people that will work to make the orders we receive

Due to lack of staff. We lack the manpower in terms of the high demand to produce things on time.

Rules are not being followed by higher up management, checks are not correct in payment so there is no motivation to work.
