The overall feeling that I am part of a great team.

Review from Sales Dept

Im able to apply for most benefits as a part time employee.

It's great and if i have any questions they answer them

Review from Sales Dept

I like that they offer full benefits to employees who are full time.

That we are able to withdraw from a 401 and then I just wish that we were able for part-time employees to get medical insurance

I am recognized for my hard work

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better hourly wage and bonuses

There are no benefits. Not one. There are no raises provided for any reason.

Because i am the yougest in the cash office i get paid the least, i get paid paid .50 more cents then the cashiers and i do 4x the work. Thats not fair and i have asked for a raise and my store manger has put in a raise request and raido silence. Giving livable wages! I cant live on 12.50 an hour.

The pay is not livable and nobody gets paid fairly. There are people who do more and have a higher position that get paid less than others.

A better hourly wage for a start

Appreciation more money more accountability

It's the fact I've been with the company so long I learned so much and know so much that I even do management work I truly love my job I love the people I'm working with but it's just the pay rate is not enough for me for me to be there 10 years and I'm just at $12.75 that's not right I work hard.

My manager doesn't have a clue how slow she is

They make people work full-time don't give them benefits they make them work numerous jobs without a raise

Bring paid minimum wage. Hours are inconsistent which isn't good for financial planning or saving.

If i were given the opportunity to wirk as a cashier

Pay me what I'm worth. Executives change the window dressing, but nothing monetarily changes for workers. Never been offered a raise in 3 years. Never been offered stock options. Offered 1 promotion to another underpaid position. Benefits cost more than my wages.

I feel undervalued because there is no way to get raises I dont get pto or sick time because im only part time though i do work 40 hour weeks and have been with the company for over a year

The workload for the pay isn’t worth staying, being nagged about not doing everything when your the only one in your department. Managers don’t help their employees. It’s a very toxic work enviro

Review from Sales Dept

It's a ton of hard work for minimum wage and terrible benefits. This place would run smoother if they could hire quality people but they aren't willing to pay enough to foster professionalism. Okay temporarily but not a long term job. Also the training is awful.

i feel undervalued greatly due to the fact that i work my hardest and put in a huge amount of effort every time i work to get one 30 min. break as a minor. i want my managers to show they care and wanr us to be safe and healthy.

Better vacation time for parttime people

Yes I've been told I'm no good

Better pay and more respect

$9 an hour for a job most people surrounding me are incapable of doing. i should not be getting paid the same low rates as employees who don’t work even 1/4 as hard as me. others feel the sam
